SHIPPING

SHIP TO HOME

Orders will be delivered between 2-3 business days to either the home or business address provided.

Corman Park Vet Services is not responsible for orders stolen, frozen, melted, wet, or otherwise compromised when shipped to home. It is expected someone to be home for the delivery.

Shipping costs are based on the products ordered. Due to size and/or weight, certain items may bear a shipping surcharge or special handling fee. Total shipping charges are automatically calculated during checkout prior to completing your order.

Shipping fees cannot be refunded.

Standard Shipping is available across all Canadian provinces. Some restrictions apply to specific locations. Shipments to rural addresses may exceed the standard shipping delivery window and may not be available for Ship to Home.  Shipments are not available to post office box addresses.

SHIP TO CLINIC

Orders being shipped to clinic will have no additional shipping charges and will arrive 2-3 days after the order is placed.

When your order is ready for pick-up you will be notified by email with the address registered to your account.

We would appreciate that orders shipped to clinic would be picked up within 7 days.  Our pick-up hours would be Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm and Saturday from 9:30am to 4:00pm.
